SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. We do our best to process within this timeframe.
Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).
Outlying Areas within South Africa - 2 to 3 days
For Shipping outside of South African Borders, please drop us an email and we will do our best to assist you.
Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.
Any items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously.
